Embodying Self-compassion
IFS Mentoring is not about fixing yourself or chasing perfection, but about learning to be present and self-compassionate – through both the ups and downs.

It’s not about living up to external ideals and standards set by others. Rather, it’s about creating a deep connection with YOURSELF and finding ways to be present—just as you are, where all parts of you have space, without needing to hide anything away. By learning to listen to your inner guidance and connect with your unique qualities, you open a space for genuine growth and healing.
You see: True presence begins when you allow yourself to be exactly as you are!
With practical tools and my guiding support, you will learn how to connect inward in a way that feels authentic to you—without the constant self-criticism or doubt:
“Am I good enough?”

IFS Mentoring is for you if you want to go deeper into yourself and understand that support in dealing with what holds you back - is the most self-compassionate path!
Designed to support you if you:
Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck
Doubt yourself, your gifts, or your next steps
Are ready to make peace with: Perfectionism, self-criticism, and self-doubt
Struggle to integrate and come to terms with "difficult" parts of yourself
Need support to regulate your nervous system
Feel disconnected from your body’s wisdom or your intuition
Are caught in old sabotaging patterns like self-criticism, numbing out, overexertion, emotional eating, etc.
Are ready to step out of your comfort zone and are curious about your blind spots
You set the pace – and you can definitely prepare for some growing pains!
What would happen if we learned to embrace all parts of ourselves?
Even the ones we’ve pushed away in the past? Try to imagine that for a moment.
Have you ever experienced inner conflicts, where different parts of you want different things? Or felt pulled in opposite directions? As if parts of you have their own needs, fighting to be heard? Or maybe you’ve experienced how emotions, thoughts, or bodily reactions suddenly take over your day, without fully understanding why?
If yes, then IFS (Internal Family Systems) might offer you valuable tools to better understand yourself. IFS is an evidence-based psycho-emotional model that helps navigate our inner landscape. The model is built on the core premise that we all contain a diversity of parts – and that every part fundamentally has a positive intention.
I was introduced to IFS back in 2015 as part of my training in yoga, mindfulness, and self-compassion. It’s one of the most self-compassionate models I’ve encountered – where self-compassion is not just a concept, but a practice where we learn to embrace all parts of ourselves.
And I’m far from the only one who is excited about IFS. It’s inspiring to see how women like Liz Gilbert, Alanis Morissette, Glennon Doyle, and Kristen Bell – even Brené Brown and Oprah – have also embraced IFS. Their honest stories of understanding and embracing all parts of themselves have given many the courage and belief that we can all meet ourselves with more empathy and love.
Ready to embrace all that you are ?
I got you!

Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone and curious to see your blind spots? you can expect to:
Get in better touch with your inner wisdom and start living (more) from it.
Face your inner demons and maybe even learn to dance with them.
Approach your process with curious acceptance and compassion.
Live your life with greater clarity, creativity, and courage.
Get in touch with your inner wisdom and begin to live from it.
Don’t expect me to give you all the answers. Our focus will primarily be on helping you gain (better) access to your inner wisdom, so you can live more and more from that place. The wise part of you that always knows what’s best for you.
Sounds great!
How much does it cost?
If you feel a wholehearted 'YES' from deep within, I would love to support you:

Hi! I’m Trine.
It's an honor to be a part of your journey. My goal is to help you find more calm, balance, and self-insight, so you can meet all parts of yourself with a kind curiosity.
I believe in holistic programs that are tailored to the individual, as no two people are alike. That’s why my mentoring programs are customized, combining Internal Family Systems (IFS, certified IFS level 3), mindfulness, self-compassionate inquiry, somatic embodiment, and polyvagal nervous system theory to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
I’m also passionate about yoga and somatics because we can’t heal and create change solely from an intellectual perspective – it starts with the body.
Currently, I live in Bali with my family and our three dogs.
