IFS Legacy Burden Retreat with Kay Gardner

We’re excited to invite you to this 7-day Legacy Burdens Retreat led by IFS Lead Trainer Kay Gardner, set in a stunning coastal hotel in East Bali from April 6th to 12th, 2025.

Legacy burdens—beliefs, emotions, and traumas passed down through generations and shaped by cultural influences—affect us all. Gaining the skills to understand and address these inherited impacts can profoundly enrich both our personal growth and professional practice.

Join IFS Lead Trainer Kay Gardner for an immersive 7-day retreat designed to guide you in working with legacy burdens through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. Through personal exploration, you’ll uncover your own legacy burdens and deepen your understanding of your ancestors' experiences and how they continue to shape your life.

In this intimate, experiential setting, you'll also learn a framework for helping clients address their own inherited and cultural burdens. With a blend of experiential and didactic learning, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to engage deeply with legacy burdens, both personally and professionally.
