My IFS Session is designed to nurture your growth through consistent, focused sessions to explore your inner world and to get started on your IFS journey.
This is a stand alone 1-hour session if you'd like to get to know me first.
Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to help you achieve the transformation you seek. The session is conducted via Zoom, giving you the convenience of joining from anywhere in the world.
About Trine
I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply and reconnect with what truly matters — so they can live with greater clarity and inner coherence.
Since 2015, Internal Family Systems has been the foundation of my therapeutic work, closely integrated with a somatic and trauma-informed approach, including Somatic Experiencing.
My work is primarily for women living with the effects of complex or developmental trauma, attachment patterns, self-criticism, relational challenges, and long-term stress.
Together, we explore the patterns and survival strategies that once protected you but may now be limiting you. What has been hidden is gently given space to be seen and met — at a pace your nervous system can hold.
As a certified Somatic IFS therapist (Internal Family Systems Institute, Level 3), I offer a safe and professional space where body, emotions, and awareness are all welcome — and where meaningful, lasting change can take root.
